Nightmares

Undead creatures too close for comfort,
Bloody skin that smells of sweet, sweet death.
Breathing harder on me... No, I cannot run
Beyond their bloody claws you sleep unharmed again.
I'll fight my demons, rip their jaws apart...
Break their heads, pull them all to shreds.
You won't be harmed, I have you, you're okay
Try not to worry, love, you're safe.
Skin exposed, muscles work too well,
Their breath reeks of death and pain
Hot breath too close, too real
I hate them! Please come take me away!
She keeps me away, your bed too distant...
Your arms are not my coffin yet,
She will not let me run, or hide inside my death,
My coffin is afraid, your nightmares not erased...
Nightmares on your end, nightmares on mine too...
I love you far too much ... let me erase
These demons, haunting us, hunting us,
If I die in the process, I really don't care
I WILL ESCAPE THIS NIGHTMARE.

Forgive me, dear... for I have sinned again
Something has caused my demons to return.
They spat in my face,
Beat me to death,
Wake me again,
To torture me awake...
I cannot sleep,
I'm actually afraid
Of seeing those creatures again and again...
Come to my aid,
I'm screaming your name
Come save me, my friend.
Allow me to awaken,
Allow me to cry...
I'll be strong again,
Or I promise to try...
Allow me to break,
To need you,
Demand,
Fall on my knees,
Crawl in your arms,
I'm fearless, my dear
Nothing shall harm,
But my dreams are too real,
I'm afraid they will come
To life again.

Feeling

There's a feeling inside these bones of mine
Of my horrible death and destruction
Of lustful seduction,
Of simple attraction,
Of useless action...
Of pain.

Sonnet

Pouring poison in my ear at all hours of day and night...
Your voice of honey velvet warms my insides...
Simple conversations started by simple topics,
Always ready to remind, how much you like me.
Your laughter warms my heart too much,
Your smile is just fantastic.
Another lovely lullaby to help me sleep.
Your songs are lovely melodies,
Your fingers playing memories
Our minds creating fantasies
Of you, me
And Eternity.
